For our client- an international company based in Wrocław, we are currently looking for candidates interested in working on position of: Labour Relations Specialist.

The main duties on this position will include: establish and maintain the standards defined by the labour laws within the company, coordinate the area of personnel management (preparation of payroll, social insurance, hiring, firing). Moreover this person will be responsible for negotiation and relationships with trade unions and works council, representing the company in legal affairs and supporting the areas of selection, development, training and personnel administration.

The ideal candidate should have Bachelor/Master level within Law or Labour relations and at least 3 year’s in similar role. Ability of cooperation, negotiation, solving problems, analytical thinking and fluent knowledge of English is a must.
