Zadania:
Zadania na tym stanowisku będą obejmować: - bieżącą realizację projektów rekrutacyjnych na stanowiska związane ze spedycją, transportem oraz logistyką - utrzymywanie dobrych relacji z obecnymi klientami firmy - rozwój działalności na powierzonym obszarze poprzez promocję firmy oraz sprzedaż jej usług
Wymagania:
- dobra znajomość rynku TSL (Transport, Spedycja, Logistyka), zarówno pracodawców jak i pracowników - mile widziane doświadczenie na stanowiskach operacyjnych lub handlowych, zdobyte w firmach spedycyjnych lub logistycznych - wysokie umiejętności interpersonalne, umiejętność prowadzenia spotkań - zorientowanie na działania rozwojowe i sprzedażowe - zainteresowanie dziedziną HR, szczególnie zagadnieniami związanymi z rekrutacją i zatrudnianiem pracowników - dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
