ZADANIA
Realizowanie projektów rekrutacyjnych z obszaru IT i inżynierii przemysłowej
Telefoniczne oraz bezpośrednie nawiązywanie kontaktu z potencjalnymi Kandydatami
Prowadzenie spotkań rekrutacyjnych
Powiększanie bazy kandydatów
Budowanie i utrzymywanie relacji z kandydatami i pracownikami firmy
Uczestnictwo w rozmowach rocznych pracowników
Wspieranie działań PR EB (m.in targi pracy, konferencje)
Organizacja szkoleń oraz imprez integracyjnych
WYMAGANIA
Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w obszarze rekrutacji i HR (preferowana branża IT)
Doświadczenie w wyszukiwaniu kandydatów (direct search)
Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
Profesjonalizm, entuzjazm, zaangażowanie, sumienność i systematyczność
Bardzo dobra organizacja czasu pracy
Komunikatywność oraz umiejętność pracy w zespole
