Wymagania
Doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku
Wykształcenie wyższe kierunkowe (psychologia, nauki społeczne, zarządzanie zasobami ludzkimi, prawo)
Dobra znajomość Prawa Pracy
Bardzo dobra znajomość technik motywacyjnych
Znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu umożliwiającym komunikację
Duża otwartość na zmiany
