Obowiązki:
samodzielne prowadzenie procesu rekrutacji na stanowiska niższego szczebla w sieciach handlowych
prowadzenie grafików zleceniobiorców, kontrola obecności podległego personelu
prowadzenie aktywnych działań rekrutacyjnych (m.in. rekrutacje terenowe, poszukiwania alternatywnych źródeł pozyskania kandydatów)
Wymagania:
mile widziane doświadczenie w rekrutacji pracowników lub telemarketingu
zdolności komunikacyjne
