Miejsce pracy: Katowice
Osoba zatrudniona na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za:
Planowanie możliwości pozyskiwania kandydatów obejmujących networking oraz światowe media społecznościowe,
Prowadzenie kwalifikacyjnych rozmów telefonicznych i bezpośrednich z aktywnymi i pasywnymi kandydatami,
Tworzenie terminowych i dokładnych raportów na temat działań rekrutacyjnych,
Wdrożenie efektywnej strategii rekrutacyjnej oraz przyciągania utalentowanych kandydatów, skuteczne wykorzystanie wszystkich kanałów pozyskiwania kandydatów,
Utrzymywanie stałego kontaktu z kandydatami budowanie relacji współpracy.
Od kandydatów na to stanowisko wymagamy:
Doświadczenia w bezpośrednim wyszukiwaniu metodami direct search kandydatów z różnych branż,
Doskonałych umiejętności komunikacyjnych, również w zakresie prowadzenia telefonicznych rozmów kwalifikacyjnych,
Dobrej znajomości języka angielskiego.
