Obowiązki:
Pełna odpowiedzialność za realizację projektów rekrutacyjnych o bardzo szerokim spectrum,
Implementacja własnych pomysłów dotarcia do najlepszych kandydatów,
Zdobycie wiedzy i praktycznych umiejętności w zakresie najnowszych metod rekrutacyjnych,
Bezpośredni kontakt z grupą kandydatów oraz kompleksową ocenę ich kompetencji.
Wymagania:
Wykształcenie wyższe,
Mile widziane doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku lub w sprzedaży,
Chęć do pracy, kreatywność, samodzielność w wykonywaniu zadań, umiejętność podejmowania decyzji,
Umiejętność pracy na portalach społecznościowych (m.in. Facebook, GoldenLine),
Nastawienie na rezultat,
Bardzo dobre zdolności komunikacyjne,
