Opis stanowiska:
Realizacja projektów rekrutacyjnych z obszaru IT i Telco
Weryfikacja kompetencji kandydatów w rozmowie telefonicznej oraz na spotkaniu
Koordynacja realizowanych procesów rekrutacyjnych
Udział w kształtowaniu polityki rekrutacyjnej firmy
Reprezentowanie firmy na targach pracy i in. wydarzeniach branżowych
Ścisła współpraca z Działem Sprzedaży oraz Business Development
Wymagania:
Wykształcenie wyższe (preferowane w obszarze ZZL)
Dwa lata doświadczenia w rekrutacji na stanowiska w branży IT
Praktyczna znajomość technik rekrutacyjnych oraz selekcyjnych
Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
Znajomość języka niemieckiego lub francuskiego będzie dodatkowym atutem
Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne
Kreatywność, otwartość na niestandardowe rozwiązania
Duża samodzielność oraz dyscyplina pracy
Skuteczność i silna orientacja na osiągnięcie zamierzonego celu
