Zakres obowiązków:

  • Realizacja zleconych projektów rekrutacyjnych
  • Selekcja i rekrutacja kandydatów,
  • Budowanie oraz zarządzanie bazą kandydatów dopasowaną do potencjału klienta,
  • Utrzymywanie relacji z klientem oraz rozwijanie współpracy poprzez poszukiwanie nowych rozwiązań,
  • Udział w planowaniu działań rekrutacyjnych,
  • Raportowanie do klienta i przełożonego,

Od Kandydatów oczekujemy:

  • Wykształcenia wyższego,
  • Min. 1 roku doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku,
  • Znajomość jęz. angielskiego będzie dodatkowym atutem
  • Znajomości pakietu MS Office,
  • Nastawienia na wytrwałą realizację założonych celów,
  • Samodzielności i odpowiedzialności za powierzone zadania,
  • Wysoko rozwiniętych zdolności interpersonalnych,
  • Bardzo dobrej organizacji pracy
