W naszej firmie możesz wykonywać następujące zadania:
Selekcja i rekrutacja osób chętnych do pracy w charakterze opiekunki/opiekuna osób starszych, w tym przeprowadzanie rozmów telefonicznych i spotkań,
Prowadzenie bazy kandydatów,
Przygotowywanie profili osobowych kandydatów,
Przedstawianie ofert pracy wybranym kandydatom,
Organizacja obsady i planowych wymian opiekunów u klientów.

Chcielibyśmy abyś posiadał/a:
Wykształcenie wyższe,
Doświadczenie zawodowe min. 1 rok w rekrutacji, w obsłudze klienta lub w sprzedaży,
Znajomość języka niemieckiego w stopniu komunikatywnym,
Praktyczną znajomość pakietu MS Office,
Komunikatywność, umiejętność nawiązywania dobrego kontaktu z kandydatami i z zespołem, sumienność w wykonywaniu pracy, zdolności organizacyjne.
