Osoba pracująca na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za:
samodzielne prowadzenie procesów rekrutacyjnych zgodnych z planami zatrudnienia i bieżącymi potrzebami firmy
przygotowywanie ogłoszeń rekrutacyjnych
współpraca z portalami pracy
aktywne poszukiwanie kandydatów na rynku
odpowiedzialność za terminową realizację procesów rekrutacyjnych
sporządzanie raportów z przeprowadzonych projektów rekrutacyjnych
analizowanie rynku pod kątem nowych sposobów dotarcia do kandydatów
budowanie oraz zarządzanie bazą kandydatów
udział realizowanych w firmie projektach z obszaru HR
dbanie o pozytywny wizerunek firmy
Wymagania względem kandydatów:
wykształcenie wyższe (preferowane ZZL, psychologia lub pokrewne)
min. 2 lata doświadczenia w realizacji projektów rekrutacyjnych w przedsiębiorstwie lub w firmie doradczej
znajomość stosowanych technik rekrutacyjnych
znajomość obsługi pakietu MS Office
umiejętność samodzielnego podejmowania decyzji
umiejętność pracy w zespole
wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności interpersonalne
entuzjazm i zaangażowanie do pracy
