Miejsce pracy: Katowice
Zakres obowiązków:
samodzielne prowadzenie projektów rekrutacyjnych na stanowiska niskiego szczebla,
aktywne pozyskiwanie kandydatów do pracy,
nawiązywanie współpracy z agencjami z rynków wschodnich,
weryfikowanie i kompletowanie dokumentacji niezbędnej do zatrudniania cudzoziemców,
utrzymywanie stałego kontaktu z kandydatami do pracy oraz pracownikami,
realizacja, nadzór i wsparcie pozostałych działów w procesach rekrutacji i selekcji kandydatów.
Wymagania:
komunikatywna znajomość języka ukraińskiego lub rosyjskiego,
doświadczenie w pracy na podobnym stanowisku,
czynne prawo jazdy kat. B – mile widziane,
znajomość pakietu MS Office - w szczególności MS Excel i MS Word,
nastawienie na rezultat,
bardzo dobre zdolności komunikacyjne.
