Dla naszego Klienta firmy z branży IT, zlokalizowanej w centrum Katowic, poszukujemy doświadczonych Kandydatów na stanowisko Specjalisty ds. Rekrutacji.
Osoba zatrudniona na tym stanowisku będzie wsparciem dla HR Managera w kontekście aktualnych i przyszłych projektów rekrutacyjnych począwszy od analizy zapotrzebowań poszczególnych działów, poprzez koordynację procesów, a skończywszy na domykaniu rekrutacji. Specjalista ds. rekrutacji będzie również koordynował współpracę z zewnętrznymi firmami rekrutacyjnymi. Aktualne i planowane rekrutacje obejmują przede wszystkim profile z obszaru IT.
Poszukujemy Kandydatów posiadających doświadczenie w obszarze rekrutacji (preferowana specjalizacja IT) oraz władających językiem angielskim na poziomie swobodnej komunikacji. Duży poziom samodzielności oraz bardzo dobra organizacja pracy, a także umiejętność szybkiego przystosowania się do nowego środowiska z pewnością będą pomocne na tym stanowisku.
Klient oferuje możliwość zdobycia cennego doświadczenia w dynamicznie rozwijającej się firmie oraz duży poziom samodzielności. Oferta dotyczy projektu czasowego na okres 6 miesięcy (pełen etat w oparciu o umowę o pracę). Klient jednak nie wyklucza nawiązania stałej współpracy po tym czasie.
