Bieżąca obsługa Klientów rynku polskiego
Pozyskiwanie Klientów
Budowanie trwałych i partnerskich relacji opartych o obsługę Klienta z najwyższą jakością i starannością
Sprzedaż i realizacja złożonych zamówień
Realizacja wyznaczonego planu sprzedaży (sprzedaż telefoniczna produktów)
Regularna aktualizacja wpisów w bazie danych
Dbanie o relację z Klientami
Pełnienie funkcji doradczej w kwestii dopasowania produktów do indywidualnych potrzeb
Kształtowanie dobrego wizerunku firmy
Administracja i praca z wewnętrznym systemem.
Wymagania:
znajomość języka polskiego
Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności interpersonalne
Zdolności sprzedażowe
Mile widziane doświadczenie w sprzedaży i telefonicznej obsłudze klienta
Umiejętność samodzielnego rozwiązywania problemów
Entuzjazm i zaangażowanie
Profesjonalizm i odpowiedzialność za powierzone zadania
Znajomości obsługi komputera w tym pakietu MS Office (Excel i Word)
