OPIS STANOWISKA:
tworzenie rekrutacyjnej bazy danych kandydatów,
rekrutacja i selekcja kandydatów,
wdrażanie współpracy z klientem,
obsługa klienta i pracownika tymczasowego,
sporządzanie i organizacja dokumentacji kadrowo-płacowej,
utrzymywanie relacji z klientami, urzędami pracy oraz innymi organami samorządu terytorialnego.
WYMAGANIA:
doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku (warunek konieczny),
wykształcenie min. średnie, mile widziane wyższe,
dobra znajomość obsługi komputera (MS Windows, MS Office),
znajomość programu TETA będzie dodatkowym atutem,
wysoka kultura osobista,
znajomości zagadnień HR, przepisów prawa pracy i ZUS,
umiejętności organizacji pracy własnej,
prawo jazdy kat. B (z praktyką) - warunek konieczny.
