For our Client, prestigious Shared Service Centre in Poznan, we are currently looking for Europe SSC Head (Purchasing) with advanced level of English.

The key responsibilities include define strategic direction and oversee execution and alignment to the global strategy. Additionally SSC Head will support deployment and ongoing support of the Global Commercial Signature Processes. SSC Head will also maintain connections with interfacing functional areas and to ensure quickest possible resolution of issues.

The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 2 years of managerial experience in Commercial or Service environment, solid understanding of existing functional systems and ability to build and manage effective teams. Moreover, candidate should have a strong leadership and interpersonal skills and high degree of independence and achievement motivation.
