On behalf of our client, a US company that is planning to further grow their Shared Services Centre in Warsaw, we are looking for experienced professionals for the position of SSC Head.
The SSC Head will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operations of the client’s global shared services (mainly Finance & Accounting processes) in Poland. The chosen candidate will provide management oversight for all business lines of the SSC, ensuring high quality and cost-effective work done by local employees. The portfolio of functions and activities to be supervised is diverse and complex with broad organizational implications. Besides, the SSC Head will have management responsibility ensuring efficient services that are designed to meet the needs of the client’s customers. This role also holds responsibility for ensuring the implementation of the global shared services model, including transition framework, operations excellence framework and governance model. The chosen candidate will be expected to drive growth and business continuity planning.
Our client is interested in applications from experienced and effective leaders with a track record in F&A processes and 10+ years of experience in a shared services, outsourcing or international professional services environment. Our client expects proven experience in managing F&A teams through at least second line management, excellent communication and project management skills and strong interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is essential.
