Zadania:
prowadzenie rekrutacji na stanowiska średniego i wyższego sczebla (wewnętrzny HR),
uzgadnianie w menadżerami zapotrzebowania oraz preferencji w zatrudnieniu,
znajomość języka angielskiego na bardzo dobrym poziomie (min. B2),
co najmniej 2 lata doświadczenia w prowadzeniu procesów rekrutacyjnych na stanowiska średniego oraz wyższego szczebla (preferowane doświadczenie w całościowym prowadzeniu rekrutacji),
umiejętności organizacyjne, elastyczność w działaniu oraz dokładność w wykonywanych zadaniach,
efektywność pracy w międzynarodowym środowisku.
