Czego oczekujemy?
znajomości języka polskiego
doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku min. 5 lat
biegłej znajomości języka ukraińskiego i/lub rosyjskiego,
znajomości branży rekrutacyjnej oraz technik rekrutacyjnych
umiejętności doboru kandydatów na odpowiednie stanowisko
