TASKS:
• Monitoring of basic health parameters of the system
• Analysis of defects
• Troubleshooting
• Reporting
• Performing configuration changes
SERVICES:
• SAN Management
• NAS Management
• SVC Management
• XIV Management
• Tools installation/maintenance
• Problem and Change Management
• Admin User responsibility
• Documentation creation / maintenance
• Last Level troubleshooting
