International RETAIL company, constantly developing on Polish market would like to employ experienced PM to be the owner of the strategic projects in the Company.
The person we are looking for is going to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of strategic short and long-term projects within the company. He she will create, define and manage the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management, create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project, determine the delivery resources, develop a schedule for project demand and completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities, review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities, execute the project according to the project plan, determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion.
We are looking for candidates who have at least 4-5 years of Project Management experience in the consulting companies. Business side experience would be a benefit. You should be a person who is able to positively influence others to achieve results that are in the best interest of the organization, determine strategies to move the organization forward, set goals, create and implement actions plans, and evaluate the process and results. Good English is required.
