Subject Matter Expert P2P

Your future company: Our client from the SSC sector is the largest energy company in all of Scandinavia. We are currently looking for a person who will take positions at the Subject Matter Expert P2P position in Warsaw.

Your responsibilities

• Participate in designing and service delivery plans to ensure continuous alignment of services to requirements and increase predictability and manage related risks and issues.
• Responsible for the performance of a process to realize its objectives in corporation with the Service
• Provider, measured by KPIs and has the authority and ability to make necessary changes.
• Ensuring proper quality and control in the P2P processes.
• Developing and prioritizing continuous process improvement, standardization and integration in corporation with the SSC Service Provider generating efficiencies and driving scale benefits.
• Managing projects in the P2P scope.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor degree in finance or similar
• 3 years of working experience in P2P area function, preferably experience in an international company as well as in a structurally smaller organization
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Advanced English (C1 level)
• advanced knowledge of the SAP program
• Good time management skills, self-organized in order to successfully handle many important tasks
• simultaneously. Ability to prioritize.
• Open-minded, open to changes.
