Supervisor - Systems Engineering EPS
As a Supervisor - Systems Engineering Electrical Power Steering (EPS) you will be responsible for creating and leading a team dedicated to development of steering systems located in Bielsko-Biała.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring alignment and adherence of process, product, technical and training roadmap with global systems engineering team,
- Escalating or taking technical decisions in case of non-conformances of the steering system,
- Ensuring that the local systems engineering team has the required skill set for systems engineering,
- Ensuring that the local team is highly integrated with other global and local Team-Functions (e.g. Mechanical Design, Safety, Software/Hardware-Design, System Validation, Product Support).
Your Profile as Supervisor - Systems Engineering EPS:
- University degree or polytechnic degree in electronics, mechatronics or similar,
- Strongly preferred 5 years of experience in automotive industry with at least 2 years in a leadership position,
- Advanced knowledge of embedded systems and functional safety in the automotive area,
- High level of analytical abilities, strong engineering judgment and team leadership skills,
- Broad understanding of requirements and architecture tool chain (e.g. DOORS, Rhapsody), ideally knowledge on modelling approaches like SysML or UML,
- Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills (English),
- Self-dependent working with a rigorous & positive approach / intelligent & energetic / good team-player.
