Supply Chain Analyst - German speaker B1

For one of our Client - internationally recognized company, which is constantly growing up and is now opening new center in Cracow, we are looking for Specialists to join Supply Chain department.

On this role you will be responsible for negotiates agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renews pricelists, terms and conditions. What is more, your scope of duties will also include: adapts corporate contractual framework to the local business needs and recommends frame agreements to management, and executes upon approval and analyses and evaluates bids in order to identify and determine the optimal value. While working on this role you will be supporting sales team, bid and proposal teams by providing relevant market information. What is more your scope of duties will also include initiates supply orders in the system, confirms delivery with suppliers, monitors and tracks supplier performance to purchase order requirements and tracks goods received to verify appropriate delivery and ensure invoice processing.

To be successful on the role you have to know English and German languages at least on B1 level. Previous experience in international environment will be a strong plus. Candidates with experience in Purchasing, Logistic or Supply Chain departments are more that welcome. Customer service orientation and proactive way of working with a strong “can do” attitude are also essential. We are looking for candidates with strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. We are looking for candidates within different levels of seniority.
