Supply Chain and Customer Care Analyst

Position Description
- Develop reporting and data management tools to evaluate system performance to organizational objectives;
- Analyze order to cash processes and prepare overviews and tools for the operational teams as well as management roll ups;
- May serve as liaison between sales and operations teams to develop concepts and coordinate product knowledge;
- Provide data analysis for planning and volume studies;
- Prepare management reports defining and evaluating problems and recommending solutions;
- Metric dashboard development, maintenance and distribution;
- Contribute to global supply chain and cross-functional projects;
- Assist in developing departments‘ plans and procedures.
Position Requirements
- University Degree in materials management or alternatively professional experience in a related working area;
- SAP R3, APO and/or BW knowledge preferably with experience in data analyses/reporting in SD, MM and APO modules;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, and good of Access and Power Point;
- Fluent English skills;
- Additional skills ideal: SQL & OLAP.
