An exciting opportunity has arisen for professionals with experience in Logistic, Procurement, Supply Chain areas. Our client is looking for Specialists to join Supply Chain department.
The customer service part of your role will involve negotiates agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renews pricelists, terms and conditions. While working for our Client you will be responsible for adapts corporate contractual framework to the local business needs and recommends frame agreements to management, and executes upon approval and analyses and evaluates bids in order to identify and determine the optimal value. What is more your scope of duties will also include supporting sales team, bid and proposal teams by providing relevant market information, initiates supply orders in the system, confirms delivery with suppliers, monitors and tracks supplier performance to purchase order requirements and tracks goods received to verify appropriate delivery and ensure invoice processing.
The ideal Candidate should present good knowledge of English and German (at least B1 level). This role requires the successful candidate to be organised, an excellent communicator and to have the ability to self-manage workload. Ability to work under pressure and have good attention to detail. Previous experience in purchasing or working in international environment will be considered as an advantage, however is not necessary. Moreover, we are looking for open-minded people with positive attitude and eye for detail. Ability to adapt to the multicultural environment and very good time management skills are essential in order to be successful on this position.
