For our Client, international organization, located in the City Centre of Warsaw, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:
Supply Network Planner
Responsibilities:
- Purchase Finished Goods from external suppliers via SAP
- Negotiate with external/internal suppliers about over/under shipments
- Monitor purchase orders in SAP from inter – company suppliers and align them with forecast
- Process inquiries from global company Affiliates about Lead Times, Delivery Dates, supply issues and other questions regarding availabilities of materials
- Maintain Material Master Data in SAP to ensure correct order processing
- Ensure compliance within the european order processes for shipments out of the central warehouse
- Monitor delivery dates in customer orders to make sure that they are delivered in time
- Take part in European/global projects
Requirements:
- professional experience in planning and/or supply chain
- SAP experience
- fluent in English (spoken and written)
- good skills in Microsoft Office (specially Excel)
- university degree in economics, logistics or equivalent will be nice to have
