Support Engineer (VBA)

Responsibilites
- Development of the VBA/SQL based product
- Level 3 support of the VBA based product
- Support of the existent C# product: solving complex technical issues of the supported product
- Interacting with Level 2 support team, customers, business, software divisions, infrastructure support team
- Daily communication with English speaking customer.
- Ability to take full ownership over the problem.
- Learning and Understanding development and supporting processes of customer
Requirements
- University technical education;
- Understanding of industry standard solutions and tools;
2+ years experience in SQL and VBA
Fluent communication in reading, writing, speaking English;
- MS Windows;
- SQL knowledge
- VBA Development
- C# experience will be a big plus
- Good sense of customer contact is required;
- Flexibility, initiative, organized, analytical

Our client is a world's leading investment bank. Our project contains in scope 15 applications with wide variety of technologies (C# (WPF, WinForms, ASP), JAVA, VBA).
In the present time all the systems is under support and bugfix. For the next 2 years we have 2 main challenges for the SL3 VBA Developer role: one is to be involved in new features development of MC Life project (VBA based application for pension ensurence), while the second is to improve stability and support quality of other VBA/C# based applications.
