We are looking for a professional with experience in supporting systems in a cloud environment, preferably Google Cloud Platform and Azure as well as an excellent communicator who builds collaborative relationships with technical and non-technical partners.
- Resolving/fulfilling incoming consulting desk incidents and requests (post service desk escalation) for Azure, Kubernetes and GCP
- Actively contributing to the development of knowledgebase articles
- Developing relationships with external clients to assess their technology and support needs
- Addressing client technical and performance escalations
- Investigating, troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to Azure, Kubernetes and GCP
- Communicating effectively (both verbal and written) with our customers and internal stakeholders
- Embracing and promote continuous improvement efforts while providing feedback and input.
- Good communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must possess a sense of urgency and passion for customer service
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Superb troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Demonstrating the ability to address problems quickly
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while focused on delivering results set forth by line leadership

- Good comprehension of Microsoft Azure Services or Google Cloud Platform
