Support/Network Engineer
Location: Szczecin
Job description
- Level 3 support for professional customers on daily basis - from our office in Szczecin
- Performing advanced system testing in order to describe problems reported by the customers to the software team
- Aiding in regular system testing of our products
- Taking part in customers technical integration process
Requirements
Required skills and qualifications
- A degree in computer science/telecommunication or similar. Last year students will also be considered.
- Extensive IP networking knowledge
- Basic Linux scripting/programing knowledge
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written
- Experience in talking with customers
Additional skills that will be an advantage
- Experience in ISP sector or similar
- Network equipment experience
- Software testing experience
- Network administration certificate — CCNA/CCNP or similar
- Good knowledge of German or any Nordic language
