Project Description:

Business Processes has the overall responsibility to help our client's customers and their development areas for an effective connection between their processes and the solutions offered by our client.

Business Processes focuses on relevant customer journeys and the efficiency of banking processes and has a very involving approach. Therefore, the area solves its tasks in close cooperation with our client's customers. The area serves as a center of excellence in business architecture and works to identify and evaluate potential customer journeys and processes that can be improved

Primary goals​:

  • To help banks get the most out of client's solutions by mapping and optimizing their customer journeys and processes against client's solutions
  • To use the insight into the processes to support a greater degree of efficiency and automate processes at the banks
  • To operate relevant networks for client and financial institutions in business architecture and process optimization
  • To operate and develop a process library for continuous documentation of the bank's customer journey and processes
  • To increase process maturity and process capabilities​

To contribute with the perspective of Business Architecture in the EPIC Refinement Process

Responsibilities

Process library is a repository for business processes. The vision is to mature it for a coherent business architecture repository and ensure a relation to other relevant architecture artefacts, e.g. information

The content in the job is:

  • Evolve and configure the tool: Enterprise Architect
  • Develop and testing new functionality for the process library
  • Daily technical maintenance of the process library
  • Owner of the technical documentation and support
  • Make user guides and standards for modelling and use of the tool
  • Review and update processes so they coincide with the standards of BPMN 2.0 and the structure of the process library in general
  • Communication, training and support of users in business process modelling (BPMN), tool (Sparx EA) and the frameworks
  • Expected travelling 4-6 times yearly - a little more at startup
Skills
  • Extensive experience with SparxEA at a Senior level
  • Knowledge about SparxEA solutions, eg.Procloud& WebEA
  • Technical background and good understanding of software engineering / Technical IT skills (e.g. knowledge of RBAC - role based access control and coding/java scripts or similar)
  • Analytic skills (attention to details) and a structural and technical mindset • Experience with databases and SQL scripts
  • Knowledge about business modelling (processes and information), BPMN 2.0 notation model and customer journeys
  • Managing environments
  • End-to-end-testing
  • Software lifecycle-managing
  • Technical documentation skills
  • Data extract from the enterprise architect database
  • Experience in teaching
  • English at high level
