Your new company
On behalf of our Client, leading global advisor in the area of risk and people, we are currently looking for Candidates interested in System Business Analyst position for new global IT department located in Krakow.

Your new role
As System Business Analyst you will be responsible for analysing finance and accounting systems, conducting root cause analysis to identify and understand foundational issues and present potential solutions, working with segment leadership and others throughout the Company to address people, process and technology issues. You will be responsible for understanding the business issues and data challenges of client's organization and industry, identifying client organization's strengths and weaknesses and suggesting areas of improvement. You will be also in charge of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and supporting Project Management Office (PMO). 

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful Candidate you must have min. 3 years of relevant experience as Systems Business Analyst as well as knowledge of finance and accounting (including transactions and general ledger, knowledge of transactions processing, understanding of financial reports like trial balance, balance sheet, income statements etc). You must have fluent English language skills. Also, you should be experienced in fronting the business and requirements gathering as well as have ability to understand the requirements clearly. Data analysis and knowledge of basic SQL are also required.
