Your responsibilities
- Creating and developing workflow on system
- Performing QA/pre-Prod testing
- Identifying and resolving system bugs/problems
- Providing system and workflow related support to Krakow and the UK Broking teams
- Increasing the level of system and workflow knowledge to better service delivery to stakeholders
- Acting as a SME for workflow and resolving issues
- Suggesting and implementing changes to tools and documentations needed to support effective service delivery
- Participating in projects aimed at process improvement
- Ensuring process documentation is reviewed and updated on regular basis
- Actively attending / leading meetings with the team, internal clients and 3rd party stakeholders
Requirements
- Advanced Excel skills
- JavaScript language knowledge/skill would be an asset
- Ability to analyze processes and identify improvements
- Ability to identify and respond to risks
- English level – C1
- Ability to lead meetings and conference calls if required
- Ability to negotiate
- Ability to manage work streams in a project
- Ability to work effectively in a project team
- Strong work ethic
