System Engineer (Monitoring Tools)

For our Client - IT Services Company, a part of international group - we are looking for candidate who will join the team as a System Engineer (Monitoring Tools).
Duties:
Duties:
- Translate business requirements into reliable IT solutions independently
- Plan and implement changes in cooperation with business
- Apply Systems Administration best practices in every circumstances
- Ensure that incidents will be solved promptly without any delays
- Apply continuous improvement principles
- Close cooperation within International Team
Requirements:
- Higher education (at least Bachelor degree)
- Practical experience with Performance Management
- Strong technical skills
Minimum two of the following skills:
- Experience in setting up and maintaining monitoring tools e.g. Topaz, BMC Truesight, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk
- Good knowledge of IT Systems (Microsoft Windows/ Linux/Unix) and databases (SQL Server/ Oracle)
- Knowledge of basic infrastructure monitoring/system performance monitoring/ application performance monitoring (APM)/ business process monitoring (BPM)/ reporting (BPR)
- Familiarity with ITIL
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
