Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
System Test Engineer takes part in developing detailed test procedures and performs system testing (functional, longevity, performance) by setting up and executing specific testing scenarios to verify proper system behavior. He/She will also be responsible for upgrading, supporting, and monitoring system during testing. Successful System Test Engineer has to provide two-way information flow between Engineering and Test teams therefore excellent communication skill is a must.
Specific Knowledge/Skills:
From candidates for a System Test Engineer we expect:
• Masters degree (Telecommunication, Computer Science, Electronics or related)
• IP based networking: protocols, network topologies
• Test methodologies knowledge
• Interested in System Engineering career path
• Focus on Quality
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in an international team
• Very good English skillsFollowing skills will be a plus:
• Relevant job experience
• Telecommunication standards knowledge (TETRA, APCO25, GSM, UMTS, LTE)
• Experience in radio communication systems (public safety systems preferred)
