Responsibilites
- responsible for providing systems engineering and system integration tasks which brings together applications, technologies and hardware/software into an efficient product to satisfy the needs of business clients as well as IT operations.
- as a System Engineer Application for Unix / Linux applications I support internal projects integrating vendor software into test and production environments, thereby ensuring their compliance to surrounding processes and standards.
- knowledge of security architecture and technologies
- designing , creating scripts for automating build & deployment processes
- cooperating closely with the team lead and project manager in all aspects of sprint and release planning
- taking an active part in all aspects of the development process including planning, estimation, progress tracking, dependencies detection, issues prevention and solving
Requirements
Must:
- Unix/Linux/Windows systems – administration
- General Knowledge of Oracle DB
- Scripting skills (shell, bash) with Solaris, Linux
- Tomcat, Apache – administration
- Git/ SVN
- Experience and practical knowledge of Linux packaging and deployment
- Jenkins/Maven/Nexus/SonarCube
- ELK – elasticsearch stack – administration
- Splunk
- AppDynamics
- Elvis/Ansible/Thunder
