System Support Analyst

Position Summary
System Support Analyst is responsible for fix application and system problems, or any incident that is disrupting the application service that business users depend on.
Crucially, applications are production, or live, issues and need immediate attention.
Responsibilities:
- Technical problem investigation and troubleshooting, including advanced problems demanding expert technical knowledge
- Adjustment and en Technical problem investigation and troubleshooting, including advanced problems demanding expert technical knowledge
- Adjustment and enhancement of production control procedures
- On-going data manipulation and processing
- Production control duties including the analyze of the logs and statistics of the information of system
- Participation in internal technical projects, including leadership of small project teams and coordination of multi-team projects
- Development and documentation of team’s technical knowledge base
- Delivery of technical trainings – internal and for other teams
- Act as a reference for his colleagues
- Share the information with the other team members and the management
- Contribute to the integration of new colleagues (training, monitoring)
- Contribute to the improvement of the tools and procedures
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of ORACLE, Windows operating systems
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem solving mind
- Knowledge of SQL and procedural SQL (eg PL/SQL etc)
- Computing degree
