Systems Engineer – Microsoft & Voice Collaboration
Location: Wrocław

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tier 2/3 support for Lync escalations.
- Evolve and deployment of monitoring and instrumentation tools for Lync.
- Capacity and performance management.
- Review CDR and QoE reports to manage service quality and end user experience.
- Manage health of Lync eco system (network, SQL and desktop client).
- Manage integration of Lync with Exchange (Unified Messaging).
- Manage Lync integration with Video Conferencing platform (Cisco).
Essentials Skill:
- Experience of deploying and operating enterprise scale Lync platforms.
- Knowledge and experience of integration with voice systems e.g. Avaya ACME packets.
- Knowledge of Lync and voice / call routing.
- Experience in configuring conferencing and voice policies.
- Experience in configuration of voice routing, dial plans and SIP trunks.
- Demonstrate experience with Exchange Unified Messaging.
- Experience of Lync monitoring tools and Synthetic Transactions.
- Experience in troubleshooting complex Lync environments.
- IT Operations experience (Change Management, Problem and Incident Management).
- Managed and operated Highly Available Lync solutions.
- Deep understanding of underlying Lync components such as: Routing Groups, Windows Fabric, SQL mirroring, Pool Pairing and Backup Service.
