Your new company
For our Client, global fast-growing financial centre in Silesia, we are currently looking for Systems Improvement Manager (Business and Finance).

Your new role
Holding this position you will be responsible for establishment of a strategic technology direction, implementing appropriate IT strategies, change management and business solutions. You will manage IT Business Engagement team responsible for building and maintaining a trusted partnership with the Financial Shared Services and Controlling leadership teams. Your role will include maintaining a strong relationship with business functional leadership, managing the prioritization of the portfolio of solutions and improvement initiatives as well as leading in business case development and funding requirements. You will provide functional requirements definition, including process design and information requirements, and provide the program management to execute initiative deployment from inception through transition to the application support team. Moreover, you will provide oversight and direction to Program and Project managers over the project life cycle (leading assigned projects and program/project planning).

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you need to have around 10 years of relevant experience with large global Controlling and Financial Shared Services systems implementations. You need to have proven ability to lead and mentor team members (including team building, motivation and collaboration), have successful track record in project portfolio management (preferably in Financial and Shared Services) as well as have experience in working with Executives (including preparing business presentations and communications). Due to international environment, you have to speak English fluently.
