DESCRIPTION
Currently we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator for our Katowice office to make the team even stronger.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrate applicants tracking system (maintenance of the candidates’ pipelines)
Coordinate the recruitment process (scheduling technical interviews)
Coordinate Employee Referral Program and CV’s inflow
Prepare reports and help in market searches
Keep contact with colleagues and supporting TA Teams from different locations
REQUIREMENTS
Working experience in scheduling various meetings and managing stakeholders’ calendars
Experience in recruitment area (TA team, agency) would be an advantage
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point)
Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills
University degree or student status
Good command of English
