- Performance Reviews and Talent Review - timely completion and quality of reviews
- Mentoring program - nomination, Mentor/Mentee matching, communication, etc.
- Assessment administration in accordance with Global Assessment Portfolio
- Managing accesses and analyzing utilization of JTI Global Digital Learning platforms (Rosetta Stone, LinkedIn Learning, edX, Gartner, etc.) if needed
- Maintaining local Learning Catalogues in Success Factors, managing employee enrollment and sessions follow-up in Success Factors
- Address TM and L&D related queries, act as internal TM and L&D advisor within their area of responsibilities
- Talent and Learning Specialist updates the related working documents and procedures in case of changes
- Talent and Learning Specialist provides advisory support to JTI community on how MyJTI should be used, and what is the most appropriate and efficient way to request necessary services from GBS. He/she captures user feedback and address it to MyJTI power users for further system improvements
- 0-2+ years of experience in a multinational organization in a similar role
- University degree (Bachelor, Master)
- Fluent Polish & English written and spoken (Associate position).
- Fluent English written and spoken (Specialist position). Other languages would be an asset
- Strong customer service mindset
- Understanding cross-cultural sensitivity
- Excellent team player, open minded and flexible
- Proficient Excel and Power Point user
- Experience in an administrative role is a plus
- SAP HR experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Success Factors (Talent Management and Learning and Development modules) is a plus
- GBS related certification is a plus (Certified GBS Professionals Program, etc.)
- Working knowledge of winshuttle, photoshop/paint is a plus
