Talent Sourcer supports the Talent Acquisition team by performing sourcing and administration activities connected to the recruitment process.
- Sourcing candidates via all available channels
- Cooperating with TA team members to build a sourcing strategy for particular roles
- Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks
- Identifying qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
- Developing talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Maintaining candidate databases
- Posting roles both internally and externally
- Completing administrative tasks to support the TA team
- Selecting suitable candidates, conducting phone screens and initiating testing
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (Boolean search strings)
- Fluent English and Polish is a must, as well as familiarity with the local labor market
- Networking skills and knowledge of sourcing channels
- Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Creativity in discovering and taking advantage of new sourcing channels
- Flexible approach and ability to work in a team
- Previous experience in sourcing or in similar role
