Our client is an accounting company providing tailored accounting and advisory services for its clients. Currently, due to further expansion on the Polish market they are seeking to recruit an experienced, ambitious and business driven candidate to take a proactive role in development of their tax compliance and tax advisory services


Job description:
- Overseeing tax compliance works done by the accounting teams (VAT, CIT, withholding tax, other tax reporting)
- Manage the team of tax advisors and consultants
- Build and maintain long-term relations with international clients
- Ensure all processes performed by the team comply with the local tax regulation as well as business/finance accounting standards and policies
- Analyze complex problems and make decisions in a timely manner
- Cooperation with Tax Authorities and Company's local auditors
Who we are looking for:
- Qualifications of the Licensed Tax Advisor
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional tax advisory/tax compliance experience
- Very good knowledge of the tax and legal services in Poland, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong personal drive to achieve targets
- Very good presentation skills
- Fluency in Polish and English is a must
