Join our specialist team in Szczecin and become our new Team Assistant. At present, we are hiring staff for all job functions, and very soon our team in Szczecin will count six employees.
You will be joining one of the leading energy companies in Europe within the fields of developing, constructing and operating onshore and offshore wind farms. We have more than 30 years of experience in wind power, and up to 20 per cent of our power is produced from renewable resources.
For the past 10 years, we have been active within wind power in Poland and are one of the leading companies in the onshore market. We own and operate three wind farms in the northern part of Poland and have a significantly growing portfolio of wind farm projects in Poland. Our wind project office in Warsaw will soon count 20 employees. As part of our ambitious growth strategy, we now wish also to strengthen our committed Polish team in Szczecin.
You should expect some travelling to Denmark and Warsaw to ensure a solid integration with our organisation. As part of your job, you should also expect a number of travels to our sites in Northern Poland.
Areas of responsibility
You will refer to the Team Leader of our Polish administration team based in Denmark and provide administration support to your colleagues in Szczecin. Moreover, you will cooperate closely with our administration team at our Warsaw office.
Your primary responsibilities will include the daily management of mail, including sending and receiving mail by courier as well as ordering office equipment, etc. You will support your colleagues by arranging meetings and booking conference rooms, etc using Outlook. You will also assist your colleagues with the planning of travels and preparation of travel reports.
Additionally, you will handle various documents, including prepare and translate documents from Polish to English and from English to Polish. You will assist your colleagues with PowerPoint presentations and file documents in our electronic case and document handling system.
Furthermore, your key duties will be to:
- assist with the coordination of relevant exhibitions and other branding arrangements in Poland
- assist your colleagues from communication with the update of our homepage regarding Polish wind activities
- update and order relevant leaflets and brochures regarding our company
- coordinate various practicalities, such as scheduling cars for service, send safety equipment for service and ensure that your colleagues' training certificates are updated regularly
- report registrations in our safety system.
You will be the Danish IT organisation's point of contact on IT matters in Szczecin and assist your colleagues in the use of our financial management system.
