- You have minimum 5 years’ experience and understanding of compliance monitoring and / or internal audit methodologies for Wholesale Bank products and businesses,
- You can demonstrable experience of undertaking risk assessments and creating monitoring / audit review plans,
- You have the ability to take the lead and ownership over monitoring reviews across all business areas,
- You have an excellent communication skills,
- You have proven ability to coach, motivate and develop others,
- You have the ability to deal with the business with confidence and with the strength of character and tenacity to raise and follow up concerns,
- You have the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders ,
- You are well organized, methodical and attentive to detail,
- You are a team player who co-operates well with others,
- You are solution orientated, proactive and adaptable style,
- You have the ability and enthusiasm to learn new skills,
- You are willing to travel,
- You have experience in managing a small team

This is an unique and challenging opportunity for experienced professionals to join our team. The successful applicant will lead a team of Compliance Monitoring Officers in Warsaw and functionally report to the Regional Head of WB Compliance Quality Assurance for the UK and European Network Countries.

Scope of duties:
25%- Participate in the execution of the compliancemonitoring programme, including planning andleading reviews
15%- Document work performed in accordance withagreed methodology
15%- Summarise findings and draft reports resultingfrom monitoring
10%- Assist in the planning of a risk-basedcompliance monitoring programme
10%- Help to maintain and regularly updatecompliance risk assessments
5%- Managing and coaching more junior members ofthe team as required
5%- Liaise with the business in respect of the
5%- Ensure findings resulting from monitoring workare recorded and followed up where necessary
5%- Remain fully conversant with applicables
3%- Review the findings from the compliancemonitoring programme on a regular basis andmake recommendations about necessaryimprovements to policies, procedures,practices, training, business tracking andmonitoring
