Job Description:
- Responsible for timely cash collection
- Regularly reflects the status of collection activities
- Responsible for managing the sales orders
- Processing Customer Billings
- Processing Customer Master Data
- Handles day-to-day activities and refers the most delicate matters to the superior
- Prepares and follows up letters of collection
OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
The person will be responsible for leading a small O2C team for a new client
- Fluent English
- Fluent knowledge of German language is required
- Master degree in accountancy, economics or finance
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in a Accounts Receivable
- People management experience - minimum 6 months
- Ability to combine Invoice Processing responsibility with Management of a team
- Flexibility, especially in the period of month/year - end closing, ability to work under time pressure
- Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Experience as a trainer, mentor, coach would be an asset
