About this opportunity
You will join the Robotics Center of Excellence Unit that consists of RPA Developers, RPA Controllers, AfterCare Analysts, Strategy & Methodology, and Execution teams. As the Team Leader, you will take the leading role in delivering on the RPA pipeline by coaching and mentoring employees, ensuring best-in-class software robot solution design and execution. You will work closely with Business Analysts and various stakeholders on ensuring optimal resource allocation, risk management, managed handover to operations, adequate quality assurance, reusability and development of your team members.
You will also drive the efficient adoption of agile ways of working among small complete teams, working with the industry’s leading platform for enterprise RPA. You will use your previous experience in dynamic work environments and your ingenuity to invent standards and tools in combination with our tried and tested Robotics methodology to deliver.
In this role you will:
- Lead the team, set the direction and pace while inspiring and motivating the team, ensuring performance enablement objectives are in place. Coach team members and ensure they receive effective feedback and appropriate development opportunities
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensure strong focus on problem solving techniques, maintain high levels of service delivery, customer satisfaction, legal and risk compliance and issues resolution
- Engage in real deliveries as an Agile coach and as a go-to person for solving or escalating complex problems
- Manage forecasting, capacity and workload analysis, as well as drive and implement new initiatives from an operational perspective, and maintain positive work relationship with members of other teams (internally and externally)
- Articulate requirements related to the technical platform and drive the implementation, and help improve the methodology by experimenting and reflecting on lessons learned
- Share best practices within the team concerning effectiveness and support management team in ensuring best in class delivery and effective continuous improvement environment
Who you are

- actively share knowledge and ideas for improvements, and you are a team player who gets your energy from interacting with colleagues and stakeholders
- Your background can be in finance, software engineering, general IT or process improvement
- Solid experience in working with Lean-Agile methodologies as a technical lead, developer or within Robotics or automation, as well as you have good insights in IT tools for productivity from within the agile domain (such as, JIRA, RallyDev/Agile Central), as well as visual management techniques
- You have several years of experience with leading projects and teams of knowledge workers, and you are an excellent communicator at all levels in the organization
- You welcome change and see it as a source of opportunity, as well as you enjoy problem solving and thrive when challenged with a high level of complexity. You are eager to contribute in digitalizing Nordea in a new and unexplored area
- You have at least Bachelor degree within Business or Engineering and have professional English skills, both written and spoken
- If you have a background within process automation, process re-design/digital transformation or Robotics, it will be considered as a strong advantage
