Team Leader/Architekt C#

Main tasks:
- analyze technology, business and technical requirements,
- specify and implement complex software solutions,
- lead and/or conduct system integration,
- lead development & integration of components,
- contribute to the development. You manage your team in Łódź and work together with the “product owner” in translating the functional requirements into a technical design and implementation.
Requirements:
- master in Engineering or Computer Sciences,
- experience in Software development,
- experience with managing (small) teams Expert knowledge of OO development,
- expert knowledge of C#,
- strong affinity with Agile methodologies,
- experience in setting up an agile environment is a plus,
- Microsoft Visual Studio development environment ,
- Microsoft Team Foundation,
- you hold a flexible, pro-active and team work attitude,
- capable of working in a structured manner with an eye for quality and safety,
- you have good communication skills and you are capable to communicate with multiple levels in the organization,
- you are a solution and results-oriented individual with a good customer orientation.
