About the department
The job is located in Szczecin. In Year 1 frequent travel to Germany will be required, hybrid work will be possible.
- Manage a team of > 12 people
- Ensure full Operational readiness ahead of system migration
- Maintain good working relationships with customers, process owners and internal/external stakeholders
- Recruit, train and develop team members the team will need to be created from scratch
- Motivate team to achieve individual and team’s objectives
- Take active part in local and global projects
- Create reports for management and internal stakeholders
- Experience in team management / team leading
- Natural leadership skills
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Good knowledge of German (min. B1/B2)
- Good knowledge of English (min. B1/B2)
- A high level of numerical and analytical skills including process mapping
- Problem solver attitude and improvement drive
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Clear planning and prioritizing skills
