Job description
- Manages and develops a teams
o encourages cooperation, teamwork and knowledge sharing within the team
o identifies areas for employees’ development
- Manages escalations and crisis situations
- Supporting function to Assistant Manager
- Manages and provides support for transition of processes
- Works closely with the Client and focuses on continuously developing business relationships
- Ensures that all targets and deadlines described in KPIs and SLAs are met according to Client’s expectations
- Identifies potential risks related to the process.
- Provides high quality reporting, and responds to ad-hoc requirements
- Continually strives to optimize, standardize and improve processes and encourages teams to do the same
Position purpose
Responsibility of managing the team on a daily basis, including operations and leadership. Providing the Client with high quality service, ensure that all KPI and Quality targets are satisfied.
Requirements
- Fluent English
- Experience in transition or transformation process would be an asset
- Experience in people management
- Knowledge and experience within F&A process – O2C / P2P / R2R
- Flexibility in some travelling across EMEA
- Good command of other European language is an asset
- Strong relationship building, communication, and negotiation/influencing skills
- Ambitious, proactive and result-oriented
- Ability to take action and produce desired outcomes with limited direction
- Ability to deliver various reports within deadlines and on short notices
